## Your questions before you start

### Does Wedderz replace a wedding planner?

For the day-to-day planning (emails, quotes, budget, guests), yes. For finding suppliers and running the day itself, no: that is a wedding planner’s job.

### Do we need a new email address?

You keep your own addresses. Wedderz gives you one more, shared by the two of you, to give to your suppliers. Emails you have already received can be forwarded to it.

### Do we need to download an app?

No. Wedderz opens in your browser, on your phone or your computer: nothing to install, and you both see the same thing.

### Is Wedderz free?

The 14-day trial is complete and free, with no card needed. After that it is £17.90 a month, or £89 once for the whole wedding.

### Do suppliers need to sign up?

No. They email you as usual, at a normal email address.

### Does the AI send emails for us?

Never without your say-so: every chaser or reply is drafted, you read it and you send it.

### What happens after the 14-day trial?

If you don’t choose a plan, your account becomes read-only: your emails keep arriving and stay there.

### Where is our data kept?

In the European Union. It is never used to train an AI, and it is deleted when you decide.
