Privacy

This page explains what we do with the information you give us on wedderz.com, in particular when you join the waitlist. The Wedderz app will have its own privacy policy when it opens.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Teddy Verneuil, sole trader, publisher of the website (see the legal notice). Any question: hello@wedderz.com.

What we record

When you join the waitlist:

• your email address;
• the language and page you signed up from, and where your visit came from if the page address says so (utm_… parameters from an ad, for example);
• the date and exact wording of the consent written under the sign-up button.

We don’t record your IP address, your name or any browsing data.

Why

• To email you about the beta: when it opens, and your invitation.

We never sell or rent this information, and never use it for targeted advertising. No supplier has access to it.

Legal basis

Your consent (GDPR, article 6(1)(a)), given by clicking the sign-up button, under which it is written. You can withdraw it at any time, without giving a reason: every email has an unsubscribe link, or just write to us.

How long

Until you unsubscribe, and at most 3 years after you sign up or last hear from us. If you open an account in the app, your waiting list entry is deleted: the app’s privacy policy applies from then on.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and the Turnstile anti-bot check (Turnstile privacy).
• Supabase, Inc.: the database where the waitlist is stored, in the European Union (Frankfurt).
• Resend, Inc.: sending emails (beta opening, invitation), from the European Union (Ireland).

These companies are based in the United States. Any transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, as set out in their data processing agreements.

The anti-bot check

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. To check that you’re not a bot, Turnstile looks at technical signals from your browser, without advertising cookies and without following you across websites. Cloudflare only uses these signals for this check.

Cookies

The website sets no analytics or advertising cookies, and the form stores nothing in your browser. If analytics are ever added, they will be cookieless, and this page will say so.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your information, ask for a copy, object to its use or ask us to restrict it, at any time: write to hello@wedderz.com. We reply within one month.

If you think your rights aren’t being respected, you can complain to your data protection authority: the ICO in the UK, or the CNIL in France.

Changes

If this page changes in a significant way, we’ll email you before the change applies.
